Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or fulfillment, and we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour period, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
2. Return Policy
NowTrendVault accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be in its original condition.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The return must be approved by NowTrendVault before the product is shipped back.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent an incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
NowTrendVault reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price for unauthorized, non-approved, or otherwise ineligible returns.
3. Non-Returnable & Ineligible Items
We do not provide refunds or accept returns for products that are:
Used or worn
Damaged through normal use or wear and tear
Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Returned without prior approval
Returned after the 30-day return period
Any refund or replacement for an item that does not meet our return requirements will be provided solely at NowTrendVault's discretion.
4. Return Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team may take up to 10 business days to inspect and evaluate the product.
If the return is approved and the product meets our return requirements, we will initiate the applicable refund.
Please allow up to 40 business days from the date of refund confirmation for the refund process to be completed, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If your refund has been confirmed as successfully processed but has not appeared in your account after the applicable processing period, please contact your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
5. Refund Currency
All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD) and, where applicable, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The final time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
6. Product Concerns & Safe Use
Customer safety is important to us. Please carefully follow all product instructions, warnings, labels, and safety precautions provided with the product and available on our website.
NowTrendVault is not responsible for damage, injury, or other issues resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or failure to observe applicable safety precautions.

7. Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to help protect them during shipping.
An item is considered damaged when the product itself is defective, broken, or physically damaged upon arrival.
Minor damage to external shipping packaging, such as a dented or scratched box, does not necessarily qualify as a damaged product if the product inside remains in good condition.
Reporting a Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the information, NowTrendVault will determine whether you qualify for a replacement or other available resolution.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We work with shipping providers to deliver orders as quickly as reasonably possible. However, NowTrendVault is not responsible for delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control.
